In the current, constantly-changing circumstances regarding the COVID-19 CoronaVirus, Sonologic is pleased to inform you that we are open for business as usual.

In the midst of the pandemic, Sonologic is open for business and committed to serving the medical industry with products that meet your needs. We will continue to serve you in every way possible.

If there are any regular supplies that you are having trouble sourcing elsewhere please contact us and we will do what we can to help provide products where you are finding shortages with other regular suppliers.

Here are a few factors that should be noted:

Extra processing times:
As many of our suppliers are international, logistics are always changing therefore we would request that you allow extra time in the processing of your order.

We would suggest ordering any supplies earlier than usual to ensure that we have the stock available to reach you in time.  We are closely monitoring our stock levels and are confident that there will be no interruptions to supply.
We will inform you of any changes in these fluid circumstances.

 

Deliveries Will Continue:
Our offices and warehouses remain open and fully operational.
We intend to continue regular uninterrupted service as long as possible.
Should this change, we will communicate any disruptions or delays in our deliveries.

 

Health and Safety of Our Employees and Customers:
We are committed to providing the best possible service while helping our employees stay safe.
Implementing government guidance and best practices, we are working diligently to protect everyone through travel restrictions, increasing cleaning measures, reassessing handling methods, and enabling our employees to work from home when possible.
